Cathy Hiscott, CFP, CHS, currently serves as President & CEO of PPI since January 2021, focusing on day-to-day leadership and management while working with the senior leadership team to realize the vision of being indispensable to advisors. Previously, at PPI, Cathy held roles including Executive Vice President of Innovation Strategy & Finance, where leadership was provided for finance, marketing technology, and strategic initiatives, and Senior Vice President, Innovation & Strategy, focusing on the organization's overall strategy and innovation in the insurance marketing sector. Prior experience includes senior roles at Financial Horizons Group, where Cathy was Senior Vice President of Executive Distribution and President of Excel Private Wealth, as well as positions at Canada Life and London Life, where leadership in sales, recruitment, and development of new advisors was emphasized. Throughout the career, Cathy has contributed to multifaceted projects across several financial institutions, including Canada Life, London Life, and Great West Life.
