Christine Bruneau, FLMI, ACS, currently serves as Manager of National Operations Support at PPI since January 2013 and also holds the position of Operations Team Lead at HollisWealth, Global Wealth Management, Scotiabank since April 2016. Previous roles include Insurance Team Lead at Scotia McLeod/Holliswealth and Financial Services Representative at Scotia McLeod, as well as Life Service Specialist at State Farm Insurance. With extensive expertise in quality assurance, operations analysis, strategic partnerships, process development, and training, Christine has successfully implemented cost-cutting measures using LEAN methodology to achieve revenue objectives. Education includes a Fellowship of Life Management Institute from the Insurance Institute of Canada, earned between 1998 and 2004.
