Chris Martuza

Chris Martuza serves as the Principal Experience Design Manager at PPL Corporation since April 2022, leading the service design team to create seamless customer and employee experiences. Previous roles include Lead User Experience Designer at PPL Electric Utilities, Workshop Facilitator at UXSG, UX/UI Designer at the Architect of the Capitol, and UX Lead at CollegeNET. Chris has built and scaled teams focused on user-centered design, developed agile design systems, and facilitated design thinking workshops. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Santa Fe University of Art and Design and a Multimedia Certificate from Portland Community College.
