David K. Arthur

David Arthur has extensive experience in public affairs and federal government relations, currently serving as Vice President of Public Affairs and Sustainability (interim) and Vice President of Federal Government Relations at PPL Corporation since October 2009. Prior to PPL Corporation, David held the position of Director of Federal Affairs at Calpine Corporation, where the focus included climate change and environmental issues. Earlier career highlights include working as a Lobbyist at Dykema Gossett PLLC and as a Legislative Assistant for Congressman John Conyers. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Swarthmore College and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
