Frank Punzo

Frank Punzo is an experienced design professional currently serving as Associate Creative Director for Digital Experience at PPL Corporation since January 2023, where Frank leads a corporate-wide design system initiative and provides creative direction for customer and employee experiences. Previously, Frank spent over two decades at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in various roles including Manager of User Experience and Interface Design Strategy, where responsibilities included building user experiences through collaboration with multiple departments, executing strategic visions, conducting UX research, and ensuring accessibility best practices. Prior roles also involve managing design teams and contributing to website strategies at renowned organizations such as the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Frank holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
