Lori B. O'Connor

Lori B. O'Connor, SPHR, MBA, is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in various HR domains. Currently serving as the Director of HR Operations and Compliance at PPL Corporation since June 2011, Lori leads the HR Technology and Compliance team while overseeing Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Talent Management efforts. Additionally, Lori has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources at DeSales University from March 2011 to January 2022. Previously, Lori held the position of President and Principal HR Consultant at HResource Partners, LLC, providing comprehensive HR consulting services, and served as Director of Human Resources at Comcast, where significant HR organizations were developed. Lori's career began as an HR Manager at Lydall, and education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Administration from Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Master of Business Administration in Management from DeSales University.
