Pete Peluso

Pete Peluso, MBA CSM has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Pete began their career at Air Products, where they held roles such as Project Manager, Application Development and Manager, Project Execution Methodology. Pete then moved on to become the Manager of Supply Chain Management before transitioning to the position of Manager, Vendor Management. During their time at Air Products, Pete successfully managed vendors and oversaw the operations of two IT service providers.

Following their tenure at Air Products, Pete worked as the Executive Chairman at Lehigh Valley Professionals for a brief period. Pete then joined Free Agent as a Senior Information Technology Manager, where they demonstrated their expertise in leading enterprise-wide application development and support teams.

Currently, Pete is employed at PPL Corporation. Within the company, they have held various roles, including Program/Senior Project Manager, Information Systems Manager, and IT Change and Release Manager. In their current role as Lead Scrum Master, Pete utilizes their expertise in Agile methodologies to lead and facilitate the Scrum process.

Throughout their career, Pete has consistently delivered successful projects, exceeded milestone commitments, and implemented initiatives that have improved organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Pete Peluso has an MBA in Business Administration from Lehigh University and a B.S. in Decision Science and Computers from Rider University. Additionally, they have obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in July 2020.
