Tara Lacava

Tara LaCava has a diverse background in project management, business analysis, and IT process leadership. Currently serving as the Product Platform Lead at PPL Corporation since April 2019, Tara previously held the role of IT Process & Tool Specialist within the same company. Prior experience includes Project Manager at Sequential Technology International from December 2016 to March 2019 and various positions such as Business Analyst III, Business Analyst II, Operations Supervisor, Team Lead, and Sales Representative at Synchronoss Technologies from August 2008 to December 2016. Tara holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Technology and Business Administration from DeSales University (2020-2023) and an Associate of Arts degree in Communications from Lehigh Carbon Community College (2012-2016).
