Senior Business Central Developer at PPL First

Mohammad Nour Itani has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Mohammad Nour started their career at The Sultan Center as a Salesman in 2009. Mohammad Nour then worked as a Networking Specialist at Terranet for a brief period in 2013. Following this, they joined AUL University as an Information Technology Support Officer, providing technical support to users from 2009 to 2014.

In 2014, Itani joined Bassam Ghrawi Confectionery, where they held various roles. Mohammad Nour initially served as a Computer System Engineer, responsible for ensuring the continuity of workflow and supporting IT infrastructure. Mohammad Nour then worked as a System Administrator, leading a team of IT prospects and managing critical situations. Additionally, they worked as a Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC 365 Developer, implementing the software solution and creating new tables, pages, and reports.

In 2021, Itani joined Pacific Wholesale Network as a Functional Consultant and Developer in Business Central. In this role, they provided consultancy on Microsoft Dynamics ERP Business Central, created new functionalities, and guided staff on system usage and issue resolution. Mohammad Nour also worked as a Senior Business Central Developer at Public Partnerships | PPL, leading a team in a project involving the reimplementation and upgrade of the system. Mohammad Nour utilized the latest solution versions and used DevOps to manage the project.

Throughout their career, Itani has demonstrated their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and has contributed to enhancing workflow efficiency and technical advancements in various organizations.

Mohammad Nour Itani received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Communications Engineering from AUL in 2009. Mohammad Nour later pursued a Master's degree in Computer Communication Engineering from AUL, which they completed in 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, Mohammad obtained the CCENT certification from Cisco in November 2014. Mohammad Nour also completed the CCNA certification from Cisco in the same month and year. Furthermore, they completed a certification course on Cloud Computing Basics (Cloud 101) offered by Coursera in January 2021.
