David Segal

David Segal is a director and public sector change and transformation specialist with a focus on local government. With extensive experience in complex system change, David is committed to co-producing solutions that yield real outcomes for communities and citizens. Prior to joining PPL, they worked at Accenture's Health and Public Sector Group, where they specialized in delivering large transformation projects. David currently leads the development of new care models within Primary Care and Integrated Care Partnerships. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Modern History and a Master's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from the University of Warwick.
