Wayne holds degrees in Executive General Management from Cornell University, Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from AHLEI, Business Administration and Management from Regenesys, and a degree in Business Administration and Management from ICHAF Training Institute. Additionally, Wayne attended WITS Hotel School from 1990 to 1993.
