Alicja Notowska

Alicja Notowska is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in tech recruitment and team scaling. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at pplwise since January 2025, Alicja supports EGYM/Wellpass and Moss in expanding their technical teams. Prior to this role, Alicja worked as a Senior Tech Recruiter at RevenueCat, focusing on tech team growth in Europe, and as an Embedded Talent Acquisition Partner at Yoco, where recruitment efforts targeted Tech and Leadership roles in South Africa and Egypt. Alicja's previous experience includes leading a team at WeAreKeen and taking a career break to enhance skills through a Full-Stack Web Development program. Alicja holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Resource Management from Aston University.
