Lisa Besch has over two decades of experience in investment operations, currently serving as Vice President of Investment Operations at PPM America since 2002, where responsibilities include managing portfolio operations for private asset investments such as syndicated bank loans and traditional private placements. Prior to this role, Lisa worked at Nuveen Investments from 1999 to 2001 as an Operations Specialist within the Senior Loan Investment Team, coordinating trade settlements and tracking loan documentation for bank loan portfolio start-ups. Lisa's professional journey began at Van Kampen Investments, where from 1991 to 1999, roles included Operations Specialist on the Senior Loan Investment Team, overseeing closing processes for senior bank loan trades and managing legal and financial documentation, as well as serving as Supervisor for Dealer/Shareholder Support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues for shareholders and brokers. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
