Pier M Brown

Pier M Brown has worked in the healthcare industry since 2010. In 2010, they began as a National Operations Manager at The Millennium Group. In 2013, they moved to CGI as a Manager Healthcare BPO Consulting. In 2017, they became a Manager, Operations Call Center Audit at WellCare Health Plans. In 2018, they were promoted to Operations Manager at Aetna, a CVS Health Company. In 2020, they joined Value Based Healthcare Partners as Director of Operations. Currently, they are the Director, MSO Operations at PPMSI, where they are the Operational leader and Ethics & Compliance Officer, directing all MSO activities associated with Claims, Compliance, Credentialing, Customer Service, Provider Network Operations, and Quality Improvement. Pier M is also responsible for ensuring all departments are compliant with contractual, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and identifying areas of risk for CMS, DMHC, HEDIS, HIPAA and NCQA requirements to develop, implement, track, and report on work plans for corrections. Pier M also consults with other departments and Senior Management on issues for existing and planned operations.
