Annelies Breevaart has extensive experience in the field of speech therapy and education, currently serving as a Leesbehandelaar, Poortwachter dyslexie, and Schoolcontactpersoon at Samenwerkingsverband Passend Primair Onderwijs Rotterdam since January 2018. Previously, Annelies worked as a logopedist and leesbehandelaar in cluster 4 education at de Piloot from November 2006 to December 2017. Annelies also contributed to the NVLF as a member of the vakinhoud committee from October 2006 to September 2014 and provided language diagnostics at Diagnostisch Centrum Bavo RNO from October 2006 to November 2007. Additional experience includes working as a logopedist at st RMPI- de grote rivieren from August 2000 to October 2006 and at CED-Groep from December 1983 to August 2000, focusing on speech therapy in special education. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in special educational needs from Fontys University of Applied Sciences (2013-2015), a specialization as a reading therapist from CED groep (2009-2011), and a degree in logopedie from HRIPB logopedie Gent (1980-1983).

PPO Rotterdam
PPO Rotterdam is een samenwerkingsverband van 22 Rotterdamse schoolbesturen die actief zijn in het primair onderwijs. Samen willen we het basisonderwijs in Rotterdam zo goed toerusten dat kinderen die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben zoveel mogelijk naar een gewone basisschool in hun eigen buurt kunnen. Daarvoor zijn wij dagelijks met zo'n 165 medewerkers op de Rotterdamse basisscholen aan de slag om kinderen passende ondersteuning te bieden.
