Emmeline van Baarle

Emmeline van Baarle is a skilled Gedragswetenschapper with extensive experience in various roles related to child and youth care. Currently, Emmeline advises schools at PPO Rotterdam on addressing the needs of children within primary education, while also performing psychodiagnostics and providing support on-site. Previous positions include developing care plans for clients at Horses&Co and working with youth in residential and crisis settings at Enver.
