Art Nizza

Art Nizza has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several healthcare organizations. Art is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of GEHA Health, a nonprofit association providing medical and dental benefits to federal employees and retirees. Prior to their current role, Nizza served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of UnityPoint Health, where they oversaw a $4.6 billion clinical enterprise. Art also held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of UnityPoint Health - Meriter, where they led the organization to become the market leader through a strategic Joint Operating Agreement. Nizza's previous roles include serving as the President of Midhudson Regional Medical Center of WMCHealth Network and President and Chief Executive Officer of Saint Francis Medical Center. Art successfully transformed various healthcare organizations and demonstrated strong leadership skills.

Art Nizza holds a Doctor of Social Welfare (DSW) degree in Information Technology and Professional Practice from Adelphi University. They also have a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Information Technology and Professional Practice from the same university. Additionally, Art Nizza obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy, Summa Cum Laude, from Long Island University.
