Cheryle Peterson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and procurement management. Currently serving as a Senior Lean Six Sigma Consultant at GEHA Health since February 2020, Cheryle leads initiatives to foster a culture of accountability and efficiency through strategic planning, KPI development, and data analysis. Prior to GEHA, Cheryle spent over three decades at Hallmark Cards, holding various positions including Global Procurement Manager for Indirect Services and Lean Strategy & Implementation Manager. Cheryle possesses strong skills in effective communication, change management, and interpersonal effectiveness, complemented by educational qualifications that include an MBA from Rockhurst University and a BS from Northern Arizona University.
