Daniel Willis

Daniel Willis has extensive experience in operations and leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Daniel is currently the Vice President of Operations at GEHA Health, where they oversee various health plan operations and manages a workforce of 500 employees. Daniel has a successful track record of implementing innovative solutions to enhance member engagement and satisfaction. Prior to this, they served as a Director at ADP and Farm Credit Mid-America, where they led call center operations and customer experience initiatives. Daniel also held positions at Humana and Centene Corporation, where they directed operations and implemented process improvements to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Daniel Willis has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from McKendree University, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Daniel also holds certifications in Accident, Health & Life Insurance from the Indiana Department of Insurance, obtained in July 2022, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Humana, obtained in 2015.
