Juno Lupkin, CPA has a strong background in finance and has held multiple leadership roles throughout their career. They started their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they worked as a Financial Analyst and later as a Business Analyst. They then moved on to WellCare, where they served as a Finance Manager and Senior Business Analyst, managing financial forecasting and planning functions for multiple markets. After that, they joined Magellan Health, initially as a Director of Finance and later as a Senior Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. They played a crucial role in launching Magellan Complete Care, a fully integrated health plan for vulnerable populations. They also contributed to the successful procurement and implementation of Magellan Complete Care of Florida, the first specialty Medicaid health plan for individuals with Serious Mental Illness. Following their time at Magellan Health, they worked at VNS Health as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Finance for Centene Corporation before joining GEHA Health as the current Vice President of Finance.

Juno Lupkin, CPA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, with a specialization in Finance, MIS, and Management. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of South Florida's Judy Genshaft Honors College. Juno is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the State of New Hampshire.
