Kevin Joerling

Kevin Joerling, CRM, CIP, currently serves as Manager of Information Governance & Records Management at GEHA Health since May 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the Information Governance and Records Management Programs. Previously, Kevin held the role of Enterprise Records Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, where a records management program was created and implemented. Kevin also served as Director of Information Governance at DST Systems, transforming traditional Records and Information Management practices, and as Director of Records & Information Management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where enterprise program development was managed. Earlier roles include Senior Records & Information Manager at Lexmark Enterprise Software, Senior Manager Standards & Records Management at ARMA International, and Principal Consultant in Records Management Consulting. Kevin holds a degree in Business, Marketing & Management from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
