Laurence Cacho

Laurence Cacho serves as an Adjunct Professor at Florida SouthWestern State College since August 2024, teaching in The School of Business & Technology. Current roles include Vice President of Total Rewards and Workday at GEHA Health, beginning in March 2023, and previously served as a Human Resources Specialist for the US Federal Government from February 2022 to February 2023. Laurence Cacho's extensive experience in human resources includes senior leadership positions at Gartner, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, The GW Medical Faculty Associates, and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the same institution. Additional qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
