Chuck Halko

Chuck Halko has over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting and auditing. Chuck has worked in senior positions for various companies including PPR Capital Management, AHP Servicing, Selene Finance LP, Capmark Finance Inc, McGladrey & Pullen and Bank and Trust Company of Old York Road. Chuck has experience as a CFO, Controller, Accounting Consultant and Internal Auditor. Chuck'skey accomplishments include managing successful capital raises, equity changes and transactions for the sale of the company, responsible for Continuous Process Improvement in the Corporate Accounting Department and senior operational manager in Servicing Operations. Chuck has also performed financial and internal operational audits for clients primarily in the Finance industry, designating him as Firm Financial Services Specialist and Internal Controls Specialist.

Chuck Halko earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, attending from 1985 to 1990.
