Dave Van Horn

Dave Van Horn has over 35 years of residential and commercial real estate experience as a licensed Realtor, Real Estate Investor, and Fundraiser. Dave is currently serving as the Executive Chairman & Founder of PPR Capital Management, a position they have held since 2007. Dave has raised over $250 million dollars for both notes and commercial real estate. Dave is also an Official Member of the Forbes Finance Council, having joined in 2022. Dave previously worked as a Realtor Associate at eXp Realty from January 2019 to December 2021 and as a Realtor at Long and Foster Real Estate from October 2007 to January 2019.

Dave Van Horn completed their high school education at Archmere Academy from 1974 to 1978. Dave then went on to attend West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1979 to 1985, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.
