Jazmin Kelly

Jazmin Kelly is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human capital consulting and veterinary services. Currently serving as Chief Of Staff and Human Capital Consultant at People Performance Resources, LLC since July 2015, Jazmin leads HR audits, people analytics, and various consulting projects for non-profit and for-profit clients. As the Founder, President, and CEO of Daybreak Animal Hospital, established in 2020, Jazmin aims to provide affordable veterinary services to animal rescue organizations. With a strong foundation in research, having worked as a Research Technician and Assistant at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a Psychology Research Assistant at Austin College, Jazmin holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Austin College.
