Carolyn Swora is a Workplace Culture Architect and Owner, with extensive experience in cultural transformation and employee engagement. As a certified practitioner of Barrett Values Centre Cultural Transformation Tools, Carolyn assists organizations in aligning their espoused values with daily employee behaviors. Carolyn has facilitated growth and development in various capacities across multiple organizations, including SyNet Group, PPS International Limited, and Ceridian LifeWorks Canada. In prior roles at GlaxoSmithKline, Carolyn served as Director of Pricing and Key Accounts, Chief of Staff, Marketing, and held various sales management positions, contributing to business transformation and employee development initiatives. Carolyn holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University, along with degrees in Kinesiology, Human Resources Management, and Education, and is pursuing a Change Management Certificate from Queen's University.
