Elke Kirste

Elke Kirste has been working in the field of accounting, bookkeeping, and controlling for over 20 years. Elke started their career at Wavin GmbH, where they were responsible for the production of PE-pressed pipes and PE-cable protection pipes, PVC-pressed pipes and PVC-channel pipes for the gas and water sector. After six years at Wavin, Kirste became the Head of Quality Assurance and Quality Management at Lorenz Kunststofftechnik GmbH, where they oversaw the production of GF compounds for the automotive, electrical, and construction industries. In 2008, Kirste took on the role of QHSE Manager at S.C. HABAU PPS Pipeline Systems S.R.L., a subsidiary of HABAU UNTERNEHMENSGRUPE. In this position, Kirste was responsible for quality management, environmental management, occupational safety management, and technical certification. Kirste has been with PPS Pipeline Systems since October 2017 and is currently the Head of Accounting, Bookkeeping & Controlling.

Elke Kirste has a Diplom-Ingenieur in Werkstofftechnik from Fachhochschule Osnabrück, as well as certification from BG BAU in Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit, TÜV NORD in Qualitätsauditor, Qualitätsmanager, and Qualitätsbeauftragter, and Fachhochschule Osnabrück in Diplom Ingenieur (FH) Werkstofftechnik.

Their manager is Ansgar Kortbus, Managing Director. Elke Kirste works with Sascha Umlauf - Head Division Winter Rohrbau, Manfred Klingelhöfer - Head Division Pipelinebau.
