Alok S. has extensive work experience in executive-level IT and cybersecurity roles. Alok currently serves as the Vice President of IT and Information Security (Chief Information Officer) at PQ Corporation. Prior to that, they held the same role at Cerberus Capital Management, serving as the Vice President of IT and Information Security for the portfolio company. Alok previously worked at Collegis Education, where they held the position of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer for Education Management Solutions. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at Ecolab and Elemica, Inc., including Vice President of Supply Chain IT, Divisional Vice President of Information Technology, Chief Technology Officer, and Vice President of Product Development. Alok also served as a board member at Chemical Industry Data Exchange (CIDX). Alok began their career at Hercules Inc. as a Manager of E-Commerce Development and worked as a Senior Consultant in SAP Consulting Practice at PwC.

Alok S. completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Paper Science & Engineering (Chemical Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 1989. In 1996, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Drexel University. Additionally, in 2009, Alok attended Executive Education programs at The Wharton School.
