Shawn Jenkins is an experienced training developer and educator with a robust background in military instruction and instructional design. Currently employed at PQC as a Training Developer I since June 2017, Shawn has developed and input over 700 lesson plans utilizing Training Development Capabilities (TDC). Previous roles include serving as a Petroleum Supply Specialist Instructor at PD Systems, where advanced training courses were conducted, and as a writer/editor at Succeed to Lead, LLC, focusing on technical manuals for Army operations. Additionally, experience as a Training Writer/Developer at Cubic involved course development in alignment with Army regulations. Earlier military service includes management of unaccompanied housing for the Active Duty Army, overseeing the welfare and operations of a significant property portfolio. Shawn holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and a BS in Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University.
