Ali Rafati Gonabadi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ali began their career as a Public Relations Specialist at Sastech in 2013, where they responded to information requests, maintained relationships with stakeholders, and created content for announcements. In 2014, they worked at Mir-Daamaad as a Computer Repair Technician, assembling PC systems, troubleshooting hardware and software, and performing back-office activities. Ali then joined Elite (Biscuits & Chocolates) as a Distribution Coordinator, where they planned and executed daily distribution operations and managed customer relationships. Ali also served as a Warehouse Assistant, organizing inventory and ensuring efficient order processing.
In 2016, Ali worked as a Human Resources Assistant at the Police Headquarters during their military service. Ali maintained HR records, answered employee FAQs, and provided office support. In 2021, Ali gained experience as a Research Analyst Intern at Urban Research and Education (URE), conducting surveys, performing statistical analysis, and analyzing results.
