Gherardo Bettarini

Gherardo Bettarini has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gherardo started their career as an Engineer at Magnetek in 2000 and worked there until 2002. Gherardo then joined PQE Group, where they held multiple positions over the years. Gherardo began as a Senior Consultant from September 2002 to December 2003, then served as a Project Manager from January 2004 to December 2006. From January 2007 to September 2009, Gherardo worked as an Operation Manager at PQE Group. Gherardo then became a Partner and Operation Manager for Spain from September 2009 to September 2016. Subsequently, Gherardo assumed the role of Country Manager for Spain from September 2016 to May 2020. Gherardo then transitioned into the position of Corporate Financial Controller at PQE Group, responsible for managing external accounting firms and overseeing financial statements, monitoring cash flow processes, and analyzing operations, among other tasks. Currently, Gherardo is serving as the Corporate Financial Director for the USA, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Spain at PQE Group, where they lead the Global Finance and Administration Management unit. In this role, they are responsible for financial business planning, cash flow management, maintaining banking relationships, conducting audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mitigating organizational risks.

Gherardo Bettarini began their education journey in 1987 at Liceo Scientifico, where they pursued their Maturità Scientifica degree. Gherardo successfully completed their studies there in 1991. Following this, from 1992 to 2000, Gherardo attended Università degli Studi di Firenze, where they earned their degree as an Ingegnere in the field of Meccanico.
