John Wrenn

John Wrenn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and validation engineering within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as General Manager at PQE Group since September 2025, Wrenn previously held the position of Director of Operations for Australia and New Zealand at CAI from July 2017 to September 2025. Additional roles include CQV Engineer at MSD Ireland, specializing in the Aseptic Fill Finish manufacturing line for the KEYTRUDA product, and Validation Engineer positions at Jazz Pharmaceuticals and Johnson & Johnson Vision, focusing on cleaning validation and risk management respectively. Wrenn holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics from Dublin City University and a Certificate in Lean Sigma Quality from the Institute of Technology, Sligo.
