Julio César Merino

Julio C. is an accomplished Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in full-stack development, technical leadership, and mentoring. Currently at Data#3, Julio is focused on developing a cloud-based solution utilizing Microsoft Azure. Prior roles include serving as Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Circular Economy Systems, where a full-stack application was delivered using modern technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and React. Julio has also hosted numerous technical interviews for major companies while acting as Interview Engineer at Karat and has mentored over 100 students in full-stack development at Chegg Inc. With a solid foundation at IBM, Julio contributed to significant projects including cloud pattern documentation and data management for GameStop. Additionally, Julio co-founded a bitcoin ATM startup and gained early experience in cybersecurity and business intelligence. Julio holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Marist College.
