Laureline Kiss

Laureline Kiss has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Laureline started their career as an Assistant d'éducation at Collège Bernard de Ventadour and later worked in the same role at Lycée Turgot. In 2015, they worked as an Assistante de recrutement at DERICHEBOURG Intérim Aéronautique. Laureline then moved on to Safran Electronics & Defense where they first served as a Chargée de mission RH, managing recruitment and relations with schools, and later as a Chargée de développement RH, focusing on recruitment and employee integration.

Laureline'snext role was at Airbus Secure Communications where they worked as an HR Business Partner, responsible for recruiting, implementing social law agreements, managing the salary review process, and overseeing promotions.

Laureline then transitioned to Airbus CyberSecurity as an HR Business Partner, where they supported managers and employees on various HR topics and led two internal reorganizations.

Most recently, Laureline joined Airbus Defence and Space as part of the Employment Marketing team. Laureline'sresponsibilities included coordinating recruitment events, managing employer branding strategies, coordinating external events, developing communication on social media, managing digital projects, and creating visual content to enhance the entity's attractiveness.

Currently, they hold the position of Head of Offers at NEVERHACK.

Laureline Kiss pursued their higher education from 2011 to 2015 at the Université de Limoges, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business (Licence AES). Later, from 2015 to 2017, they attended ESUP Rennes and earned a Master's degree (M2) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, specializing in general management.
