Léa Cordier

Léa Cordier has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Léa is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager for PR0PH3CY, where they are responsible for managing a team of 4 recruiters, overseeing their performance, and handling the recruitment process. Léa also identifies and understands the hiring needs, develops job descriptions, and implements a sourcing strategy through various channels. Additionally, they conduct HR interviews and maintains relationships with schools and events for employer branding promotion.

Prior to this role, Léa worked as a Talent Acquisition Officer for OPENCYBER, where they focused on IT and cybersecurity recruitment.

Before that, they gained experience in recruitment at Groupe Demos, where they served as a Recruitment Officer for Intervenants and also worked as an Assistant Recruiter.

Léa Cordier's education history begins with their receiving a Baccalauréat degree in the field of Economique et social from Lycée Auguste et Jean Renoir in 2014. Léa then went on to pursue a DUT (Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie) in Carrières Juridiques from IUT Rouen, completing their studies in 2016. Following this, they attended Université de Rouen from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Licence professionnelle in the field of Droit Social.
