Philip Kingdom

Philip Kingdom has over 20 years of work experience in the IT recruitment industry. Philip started their career as a Regional Director at Definitive Group, where they successfully established the Australian division of a UK IT recruitment company. After that, they joined Hudson as the General Manager of their North Sydney business unit, where they managed a sales team and maintained client relationships. In 2004, Philip founded PRA, a specialist IT Recruitment Consultancy with offices in Melbourne and Sydney. Philip also founded PRA & enginuity in the same year. In 2008, they merged enginuity under the PRA brand, expanding the company's specialist recruitment offering. Philip Kingdom currently serves as the Managing Director and Business Owner at PRA.
