Jayna Morales

Jayna Morales is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Recruiter at PRA Business Events since June 2023, Jayna has previously held positions at Wintrust Financial Corporation as an Employee Relations and HR Business Partner from May 2017 to March 2023. Prior to that, Jayna worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Mizkan America from December 2014 to May 2017 and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Decton Staffing Services from September 2013 to October 2014. Jayna holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Management from Loyola University Chicago.
