Tracy gained experience in event planning and customer service through various positions in the hospitality industry. Tracy also interned at entertainment and academic institutions to expand their knowledge in event management and communications. Presently, Tracy works as a Senior Experience Designer at PRA Business Events, focusing on providing exceptional service and making strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
