Amy Cook

Amy Cook has a strong and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President - Chief Audit Executive at PRA Group, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of VP - Controller SOX Compliance & Financial Controls at the same company from August 2021 to October 2023. Amy also served as the Manager Financial Controls at PRA Group from August 2014 to September 2021.

Before joining PRA Group, Amy worked at Dominion Enterprises as the Director of Finance for the Dominion Business Solutions division from March 2009 to August 2014. Prior to that, they held the role of Group Controller at The Employment Guide from June 2003 to March 2009.

Before their roles in the business solutions and employment sectors, Amy worked at TowneBank as a Controller from September 2002 to May 2003. Prior to that, they were a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG from October 2001 to September 2002. Amy began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as an Audit Manager from January 1996 to August 2001. Their earliest work experience as an Auditor was at Virginia Beach Federal Savings and Loan from an unspecified time in 1992 to 1995.

Amy Cook attended Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
