Giovanna Genard

Giovanna Genard has extensive work experience in various roles related to external affairs, marketing, and strategic communication. Most recently, they serve as the Vice President of External Affairs & Marketing Leader at PRA Group. Prior to that, they worked at Old Dominion University for 10 years, starting as the Director of Marketing and Communications and eventually becoming the Assistant Vice President for Strategic Communication & Chief Marketing Officer. Giovanna also spent time at Penn State University, where they held roles such as Senior Marketing Associate and Director of Communications and Student Services. Additionally, Genard worked at Seton Hill University as an Assistant Director of Admissions. Throughout these positions, they have demonstrated expertise in developing marketing strategies, managing communications, and enhancing brand image.

Giovanna Genard holds a Master's degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration, with an emphasis on Communication, from Penn State University. Giovanna also earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Information Arts, with a major in Advertising and Public Relations and a minor in Graphic Design, from Seton Hill University.
