James Dickson

James Dickson has extensive experience in operations and management roles within the financial industry. James started their career as a Legal Coordinator at Gurstel, Staloch, and Chargo from June 2008 to December 2009. James then worked as a Client Manager at TrakAmerica from January 2010 to December 2010. Following that, they joined Zwicker & Associates, P.C. as an Operations and Performance Manager from December 2010 to January 2013. Since February 2013, James has been working at PRA Group, first as an Assistant Vice President Operations until July 2018, and then as a Vice President Operations starting from August 2018.

James Dickson earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead, which they attended from 1996 to 2001. Later, from 2006 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services at Metro State University.
