Jennifer Scott

Jennifer Scott has worked for multiple companies in their career. Jennifer started at CMA CGM in 2010 as a Supervisor Customer Care, where they managed a team of 20 employees. Jennifer then became a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst, where they served as a subject matter expert for various benefit issues and managed FMLA and Leave Management. In 2017, they were promoted to Manager, Benefits, where they planned and directed employee benefits and wellness programs for over 2,000 employees. Jennifer joined PRA Group in 2019 as the Director of Benefits PRA Group, Inc. and later became the Director of Benefits and Payroll in 2022.

Jennifer Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Consumer Merchandising/Retailing Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University - Department of Hospitality & Tourism Management in 2007. Jennifer later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from The George Washington University - Graduate School of Education and Human Development, completing it in 2009.
