Louise Young

Louise Young has extensive work experience in compliance operations and management. Louise is currently serving as the Head of Compliance Operations at PRA Group. Prior to this, they worked as a Compliance Manager at Bill Gosling Outsourcing for two and a half years. Louise also held the position of Compliance Manager at Trust Deed Scotland and Head of Compliance at Asset Collections & Investigations. Additionally, they worked as a Compliance Officer at Bill Gosling Outsourcing and as a Retail Auditor at Farmfoods.

Louise Young attended Cardinal Newman High School from 2003 to 2009, where they studied Psychology. Later, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued an Honours degree in Psychology at Glasgow Caledonian University.
