Marek MacIąga

Marek Maciąga has had a variety of finance and management roles throughout their career. Marek began in 2006 as a Coordinator at RMK Consulting before moving on to positions at Decathlon and Decathlon Bulgaria. Marek was responsible for financial and accounting processes, reporting, analysis, and implementing improvements. In 2015, they worked as the Finance & Controlling Manager at Decathlon International before becoming the Head of Finance Poland at PRA Group in 2016.

Marek Maciąga earned a Master's degree in Accounting and Corporate Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics between 2003 and 2008. Marek later pursued postgraduate studies in Taxes and Tax law at the University of Warsaw from 2011 to 2012. In 2014, they enrolled in the ACCA - The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants program, but no completion date is provided.
