Rakesh Sehgal

Rakesh Sehgal is the Chief Financial Officer at PRA Group since May 2022. Prior to that, Rakesh held the role of SVP and Head of Corporate Development at the same company. With a background in corporate development, strategy, and M&A, Rakesh has experience working at General Electric, GE Capital, Barclays Capital (previously Lehman Brothers), and Jefferies & Company. Rakesh has a BA in Accounting and Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA in Strategy & Management, Finance from Kellogg School of Management - Northwestern University. Throughout their career, Rakesh has led various cross-functional teams to execute M&A transactions, engage with buyers/sellers, conduct due diligence, negotiate purchase agreements, and develop integration/separation strategies.
