Rod Hooktwith

Rod Hooktwith has over 30 years of experience in operations and management within the financial and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Servicing Director at PRA Group since October 2014, Rod oversees the Canadian business of debt purchasing and recovery, following the acquisition of Aktiv Kapital. Previously, Rod held the position of Country Manager for Aktiv Kapital Canada from April 2008 to October 2014, managing debt recovery operations. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Operations at Direct Energy, Vice President of Operations at AT&T Canada, where Rod also served as President of Contour Telecomm and Argos Voice Services, and Director of Operations at CIBC. Rod holds a Master of Education in Physical Education from Northern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lake Superior State University.
