Kathy has extensive experience in accounting roles, including positions at PRAB, Inc., Kellogg Company, Kalamazoo Regional Chamber of Commerce, Neighborhoods, Inc. of Battle Creek, Diekema Hamann Architecture, and Gray & Gray P.C. Their responsibilities have included account analysis, payroll, A/R, A/P, budget management, special reporting, and managing IT systems.

Founded in 1969 and incorporated in 1971 by a group of Puerto Rican/Latino volunteers, the Puerto Rican Action Board (PRAB) is a comprehensive human services organization with our headquarters in New Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey. We’re the primary institution in Central New Jersey that provides diverse bilingual/multicultural services to the Central New Jersey community. Presently, we operate 11 sites in Middlesex County, and serve approximately 25,000 individuals and families each year. Since 2009, we have been the Community Action Agency for Middlesex County West. PRAB's mission is to equip diverse individuals and families in Central New Jersey to achieve personal, family, and community development. Our vision is that Central New Jersey is a healthy, diverse community with productive, self-sufficient and socially-responsible individuals and families. PRAB itself envisions being a transformative community institution that is a full participant in Central New Jersey life.
