Prabhav Trust is building the safe spaces we wish we had growing up.

We exist for a generation that was taught how to perform, but not how to feel. A generation navigating pressure, uncertainty, and identity; often alone.

At Prabhav, we work with students, young people, and communities to create spaces where conversations about mental health, emotions, and self worth are normal, not hidden. Through school programs, fellowships, community initiatives, and storytelling, we’re empowering young people to understand themselves, support each other, and lead with empathy.

We are also building a community of young volunteers and changemakers who don’t just want to talk about impact; they want to create it.

This isn’t just an organization.
It’s a movement toward a more emotionally aware, connected, and human future.
