Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a highly experienced software development leader with a robust background in BPM and solutions architecture. Currently serving as Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director - Head for BPM Presales & Solutions at Virtusa, where key responsibilities included global leadership for BPM - Pega initiatives and customer engagement. With extensive experience as a Senior Architect at Lloyds TSB and a Senior Solutions Architect at Wipro Technologies, Sebastiraj has a proven track record in managing offshore and onshore teams, program management, and process optimization across various organizations, including MasterCard, Level 3 Communications, and FedEx Services. An MCA graduate from St. Joseph's College, Trichy, Sebastiraj also holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the same institution.
