Bizimana Eraste

Bizimana Eraste is a seasoned Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer at Practical Action since July 2023, Bizimana previously held the role of Monitoring And Evaluation Officer at Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) PLC, where responsibilities included tracking program applications and managing the subsidy budget. Earlier experience includes contributions at Practical Action in a similar senior MEL role, and at World Vision as a Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, where a functional M&E system was developed for projects. Additional roles include working as a Data Analyst Consultant at Traidlinks and serving as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Radio La Benevolencija, focusing on grassroots associations and audience surveys.
